Silk satin is basically natural fibers from silkworms (silk) that are woven in a specific way (satin).

Silk satin is incredibly smooth and glides over your hair, not snagging your hair, and limiting friction and breakage.

Silk satin is wonderfully durable. Feel free to wash your silk satin headbands and scrunchies in the washing machine!
