This workshop will guide you through:

1) The connection between our sense of smell and how it can affect our emotions

2) Understanding essential oils

3) Their extraction methods

4) Aroma blending

Hands on making

1) Perfume Oil 10ml

You will be guided through how to craft a perfume oil to be used to improve your mood and overall sense of well being

2) Scented Sachet

You will make a scented sachet that can be used in your car, wardrobe, gym bag, or anywhere else you fancy. Use as a room air freshener to instantly refresh your space.

3) Bath Salt Scrub 50G

Using natural sea and epsom salts, you will be making and mixing your very own exfoliating scrub to fully relax in your shower! 

All materials will be provided for the workshop. Just come in comfortable clothes and a refreshed mind!
